What are ways I can express my less positive feelings without my parents finding out. They tend not to understand and just blow up at the littlest things.

It's important to find healthy ways to express your feelings, even if your parents don't always understand. You can try writing in a journal, drawing, or listening to music that reflects your emotions. Find a quiet space where you can let it all out 🧘‍♀️

If you need to vent, talk to a trusted friend or family member who can offer support – luna would always encourage speaking to your parents about these things, perhaps start off by asking them not to over react so you feel safe sharing your thoughts and feelings. Remember, it's okay to feel down sometimes, and finding healthy outlets can help you feel better. Just make sure to take care of yourself and reach out for help if you need it 🗣
