Hey 💛 So sorry to hear you’ve been picked on – even if it doesn’t happen all the time, comments about weight or appearance can really hurt, and it’s completely understandable to feel upset or insecure.

If you're nervous about starting high school, you're not alone — lots of people worry about fitting in or being judged, especially when they’ve had a rough time before.

But here’s the thing: you don’t have to wait for something to feel “bad enough” to speak up.

Even if the bullying isn’t regular, it’s still worth telling a trusted adult — like a parent, carer, or teacher.

Most adults would want to know how you're feeling so they can support you early on 💬

You might also find it helpful to check out the Learn section in the luna app – there’s loads there about body image, confidence, tackling unkind comments, and how to feel more comfortable in yourself.

And just a quick reminder: your body is supposed to change during puberty.

Everyone gains weight and develops at different times and it’s completely normal and not something to be ashamed of. You don’t need to “fix” yourself to be ready for high school.

You are not the problem here, the people making comments are. And luna’s proud of you for speaking up 🫶
