Hi luna! First of all I wanted to thank you for all your help and support these past few months. My question is how do I deal with mean people or ones who are annoying? My instinct is to yell at their face, but that sounds wrong. I hate talking to people about it as rumours spread and teachers can’t help much. What do I do? πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›

Mental health & wellbeing

Hey! Firstly thank you so much for your kind words πŸ’› That means a lot.

It’s really normal to feel angry or upset when someone’s being mean or annoying – you’re not the only one who’s felt like yelling!

But reacting like that can often make things worse, especially if it feeds more drama or rumours.

Here are a few ideas that might help:

πŸ‘‰ Try to stay calm and walk away if you can – that alone is a big show of strength

πŸ‘‰ If it keeps happening, it’s ok to ask a trusted adult for advice or intervention – this could be a parent, carer, or someone else you feel close to

πŸ‘‰ If you don’t want to get into the details, you could start small: e.g. β€œthere’s someone at school who’s making things a bit hard – can we talk about it?”

πŸ‘‰ And remember, you’re allowed to protect your space and stick close to people who make you feel good

No one deserves to feel picked on or stressed every day. You're not alone, and there are ways through it πŸ’«
