🩲 Use products you trust: if you’re not into tampons, no worries – try a thick pad with wings and maybe pair it with period pants for backup protection
đź•“ Change just before prom: fresh products before you leave means maximum protection right from the start
👜 Pack a mini kit: tuck 1–2 spare pads or tampons in your bag, plus a spare pair of microfibre pants (they roll up tiny) and pain relief only if you’ve used it before and know it works for you
💡 Top tip: If you're wearing a light dress, look for “nude” period pants so they don’t show through
