What should I put in my period kit
Hey! Having a period kit with you is such a good idea, especially in case your period starts unexpectedly, or you just want to feel more prepared.
Here are some things you might include:
🩸 Period products: like pads or tampons or spare period pants – whatever you use
🧻 Tissues or wet wipes: to help you feel fresh or in case of leaks
🩲 A spare pair of underwear: just in case
💊 Pain relief: like paracetamol or ibuprofen (if you're allowed to carry it and are safe to use it – check this with an adult)
🛍️ A small bag for used products: in case there’s no bin nearby
🧼 Hand sanitiser: for extra hygiene
🍫 A snack: something like a cereal bar can help
You don’t have to carry everything by any means – just whatever makes you feel most confident and comfortable.
Even a few items or just some spare period products can make a big difference 💕
Hope this helps!
