Why do I have so much discharge.
Heyy, it's completely normal to have discharge, especially as you go through puberty and your body goes through changes. Discharge is actually a good thing, as it helps to keep your vagina clean and healthy 💕
The amount and consistency of discharge can vary from person to person, and even from day to day. It might be thicker or thinner, clearer or more opaque, and it might change in colour or smell depending on where you are in your menstrual cycle.
If you're noticing a lot of discharge, it's nothing to worry about as long as it's no different to your usual, doesn't have a foul odour or cause itching or discomfort. However, if you're concerned or experiencing any unusual symptoms, it's always a good idea to talk to your GP or sexual health clinic.
Remember, it's normal and healthy to have discharge, so don't be embarrassed or ashamed!
Hope this helps 💖
