Hey, im 11 years old and lots of boys in my class were saying i have a fat nose and i need to do plastic surgery. I am really insecure about my nose and i also told my mom, my mom told my teacher and the boys stopped but still i feel really insecure and i dont know what to do.

First of all: there is nothing wrong with your nose.
Everyone’s face is different – that’s what makes us unique and special.
The idea that we all need to look the same (or have tiny noses!) just isn’t true.
It’s really good that you told your mum and that your teacher helped stop the boys. You did the right thing by speaking up 💪
But even when the comments stop, it’s completely normal for those words to stick and make you feel unsure about yourself.
Here are some things that might help:
👉 Try to remind yourself of a few things you do like about how you look – it could be your eyes, your smile, or even your laugh
👉 Think about the things that make you you that have nothing to do with looks – like being kind, funny, or creative
👉 Talk to someone you trust – your mum, a teacher, or a school counsellor and let them know you're still feeling a bit low so you don’t have to go through this on your own
