Mental health & wellbeing

Hi there ♡ What you’re going through is really hard, and it’s not okay that you're being treated this way.

Please know that this is not your fault, and there’s nothing wrong with you for being kind – bullying is never justified.

Since you've already told your teachers and parents, it might help to speak to a different trusted adult at school, like a pastoral care lead, head of year, or safeguarding rep.

Keep being honest about how this is affecting your mental health – it’s important they understand the impact so they can step in and support you properly.

You could also talk to a school counsellor if there’s one available.

Sometimes, it takes a few conversations with the right people to get the right kind of help.

In the meantime, please try to protect your peace:

👉 Spend time with people who make you feel good

👉 Remind yourself daily that their behaviour is about them, not you

👉 And remember – you are worthy of respect and kindness, always

You’re doing the right thing by speaking up and luna’s here for you whenever you need 💛
