Hiii luna, I saw on TikTok that wearing a body protector (for horse riding) can stop your chest from growing, is this true because i feel like it happen to me?? Thanks I know stuff on the internet mightnt be true but i didnt know how else to find out!

Wearing a body protector for horse riding shouldn’t affect your chest growth.
Chest size is determined by your genes and hormones, not by equipment you wear for a sport or activity.
So even if it feels like your chest has stopped growing, the body protector shouldn’t be the reason 💛
