Here are a few ideas that might help you take the first step:

🎯 Set small, realistic goals: try to keep them specific and achievable so they don’t feel overwhelming

⭐ Use rewards: for example, once you finish a homework task, you could reward yourself with an episode of your favourite show

⏰ Try time blocking: split your day into chunks and assign tasks to those blocks – give yourself a set time to do something you’ve been avoiding, then switch to something you enjoy (like a walk, baking, or reading) before coming back to it with a fresh mind

Progress is all about taking small steps and being kind to yourself along the way. You’re doing your best, and that’s more than enough right now 🫶
