Hair thickness, growth speed and colour are mainly determined by genetics, and can also be affected by hormones, long-term health conditions and certain medicines.
A trim can make hair appear thicker and healthier because it removes split ends and breakage 💛
If you’re trimming it yourself, you could use sharp scissors made for cutting hair, follow a tutorial and check with a parent or trusted adult first.
