What is an idea that u followed when u were stressed at school with exams and stuff and teachers constantly going on at you?
Thanks so much for your question ♡
Feeling overwhelmed with school and exams is really common, and when teachers are piling on pressure too, it can feel like a lot.
One thing that might help is reminding yourself: “This won’t last forever.”
It’s easy to get stuck in the stress of now, but most of the time, what feels huge today will feel a lot smaller down the line.
That perspective can hopefully help you stay grounded 🌱
Aside from that, here are some of luna’s top tips for managing stress:
👉 Build a support network: try to talk to someone you trust, whether that’s a parent, carer, sibling, teacher or friend – just saying things out loud can really help ease the weight
👉 Take proper breaks: even short ones – a walk, a snack, or switching off with a favourite show or podcast can help reset your brain
👉 Get enough rest: late nights can make everything feel more intense – even one good night’s sleep can change how you see a problem
👉 Don’t compare: if others around you seem calm or ahead, remember you’re only seeing one part of their story – everyone handles stress differently
👉 Try movement: even light exercise like stretching, walking or dancing to a favourite song can help burn off some of that anxious energy
👉 Do something fun: hobbies and interests aren't distractions – they’re tools that help keep you balanced – even a short creative moment or burst of fun matters 🎨🎶
If your stress ever starts to feel like too much – for example, if it’s stopping you from sleeping, concentrating, or enjoying anything – it’s really okay to talk to a trusted adult about it.
You could also speak to a school counsellor or if things are really tough your doctor.
You're doing the best you can in a tricky time. Be kind to yourself, and know that luna's always here if you need to talk more 💬✨
