How can I not feel insecure while playing pe in school?

Nutrition & exercise

Heyy – it's actually really common to feel insecure in PE, but it's important to remember that everyone is there to have fun and get some exercise, not to judge you!

Here are some tips to help you feel more confident:

  • Dress comfortably: wear a kit that you feel good in and that's appropriate for the activity e.g. you can move around easily in it
  • Focus on your strengths: everyone has different abilities, so celebrate what you're good at and just try your best in the things you're not so good at
  • Don't compare yourself to others: it's easy to feel insecure when you see others who are better than you, but remember that everyone is at a different level and the whole point of PE is to learn and try things
  • Ask for help: if you're struggling with a particular activity, don't be afraid to ask your teacher or a classmate for help!
  • Have fun: PE is a great opportunity to have fun and try new things, so focus on enjoying yourself rather than worrying about what others think

Hope this helps you 🏃‍♀️🏀🏊‍♀️
