what is the best way to loose weight
Hi, there’s something really important to know before trying to change your weight 💛
Gaining weight during puberty is normal and an important part of growing up, even though social media can make it seem negative.
Because of this, luna doesn’t recommend trying to lose weight unless you’re overweight.
If you are overweight, a well-balanced diet alongside healthy amounts of exercise is usually the best approach ✨
You could base meals on higher-fibre foods like brown bread or brown rice, aim for at least five portions of different fruit and veg each day, and have foods high in saturated fat or refined sugar in moderation.
Fun activities such as dancing or hula hooping can be good options if other kinds of exercise aren’t your thing.
Avoid crash diets or heavily restricting foods, as fast weight-loss methods aren’t healthy or sustainable for your physical or mental health.
Hope this helps 🫶
